autOKdj was orignally the brainchild of 2 like minded karaoke addicts,  Toqer and ZuGzUg, but enhanced rotation was the brainchild of 72 year old young Sayoko Umehara, owner of the 7 Bamboo cocktail lounge.

The rotation of the first few autokdj's releases was flawless, to a fault.  One night while toqer was happily enjoying the automated rotation ZugZ coding skills had brought to the 7b he had his rotational bliss interuppted when she came up screeching,

"BOBBYSAN!  NEW PEOPLE MUST GO UP BEFORE PEOPLE THAT ALREADY SANG! THAT WAY THEY BUY DRINKS AND STAY!!!"

Toq reported what Sayoko had ordered to ZuG, and thus ZuG began the arduous task of changing the code to make her happy.  While the result is hard to get used to, singers and KJ's alike praise it for its fairness.

In traditional rotation new singers are placed at the end of the current, or next round.  In enhanced rotation they're placed ahead of older singers, unless the older singers max wait time limit has been reached.

This has the effect of interleaving your new singers into the current round.  Max wait time can be set to anything you want (I find 5 minutes is fine)
