Hi Toq & Zug, I have a small query (hey but size isn't important right ?) .

I seem to remember problems with in_zip conflcting with the unzip dll distributed with AKDJ is this still so or should I use one in preference to the other ?

Also , a little off topic, when is autOKfx scheduled for an alpha release ?

Once upon a time when I used Sax'n Dotty I did ask if a similar feature could be incorporated into it to, at least, send a pre-programmed midi program change, on a pre-programmed midi channel, to an effects unit, lighting or whatever, at the beginning of the song.

Your idea goes further in that you would be able to change things during the song, way cool. I hope midi is one of the chosen mechanisms ! Shocked

There is no conflict at all here. IN_ZIP and AKDJ do their own unzips at their own times in their own ways.

IN_ZIP unzips when you enqueue a ZIP file normally, or when you drag/drop a ZIP to the Playlist, and then play the enqueued ZIP file.

AKDJ unzips when you do a Karaoke Enqueue and then puts the unzipped MP3 into the playlist.

The both work in Winamp at the same time nicely.
